We have two different commission plans. Both are flat rate. The first option is if you buy through us, the second one is if you decide not to buy through us or already bought a place. In either case the commission is very reasonable and a flat rate. Sorry, we can not advertise it here according to the rules of our Brokerage. But if you give us a call we will definately let you know the plans. In either case you will be suprised how affordable they are.
