- A.G.M Minutes
- The last 12 months Board minutes
- Lease Agreements
- Deficency List
- Recreational Agreement
- Reserve Fund Study
- Privacy Policy
- Post Tension Report
- Condominium Verification Form
- Lawyer information (if you don't have any we could suggest)
- Actual Measurements of the property
- Title
- Condominium Registered Plan
- Pictures of the property (we will take the pictures)
If you are a regular house owner you will need
- Title
- Actual measurement of the property (we will measure the property)
- Would be nice to have the blue prints of the property
- Lawyer information
- Pictures of the property (we will take the pictures)
