We can provide you full Real Estate Service or just enough to get you started to be on MLS, the choice is yours. We have three different plans. Please check them under Our Fees section just below. We provide Residential and Commercial Real Estate Services and exclusive buyer agency.

Our Fees

We have two rates to list the property on MLS©. In all those options seller is responsible to pay the recommended (3.5% + 1.5%) buyer's agent commission. 

Option 1- Seller wants to sell the property and wants full Realtor service. In this case the commission will be a flat rate.

Option 2- Seller wants the house on MLS without any service. You will pay one time non refundable fee.
