We can provide you full Real Estate Service or just enough to get you started to be on MLS, the choice is yours. We have three different plans. Please check them under Our Fees section just below. We provide Residential and Commercial Real Estate Services and exclusive buyer agency.

Our Fees

We have three different rates to list the property on MLS©. In all those options seller is responsible to pay the recommended (3.5% + 1.5%) buyer's agent commission. 

Option 1- Seller is only selling the property and want full service. In this case the commission will be a flat rate.

Option 2- Seller will be purchasing a property as well. In this case the commission will be a flat fee option.

Option 3- Seller wants the house on MLS without any service. You will pay one time non refundable fee.

Referral Fee for Real Estate Professionals

We offer 35% referral fee to Real Estate Professionals, who sends their clients to us. This fee schedule is based on 3.5% + 1.5% commission plan. If the rate is different than this, than we offer 25%. All commissions will be paid after the closing.
